Hatfields & McCoys (2012)

While the Confederate surrender may have ended the American Civil War, it didn't stop the bitter war being conducted by the Hatfield and McCoy families. Randall McCoy and Devil Anse Hatfield were friends until a bitter incident near the end of the Civil War, but they return home to find that their bad blood is only growing. As misunderstandings lead to flaring tempers, a rather innocuous misunderstanding transforms into a bloody war. As the feud grows so do the stakes — and Kentucky and West Virginia teeter on the brink of outright war. It could take intervention on a federal level to make things right.
