However, the CC Corporation brings a glimmer of hope, launching the first Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing game since the catastrophe. This game, known as "The World," quickly becomes a global phenomenon, selling millions of copies and captivating the minds of players. But amidst this widespread fascination, anomalies begin to arise. A shadowy figure emerges, a boy who goes by the name of Tsukasa. He is an enigma, insisting that he exists not behind a computer screen, but within the tangible reality of the game itself. This claim brands him an outlaw, a glitch in the system, making him a target for the relentless pursuit of the Crimson Knights.
