In the wildly eccentric and absurd world of Excel Saga, an enthusiastic character named Excel serves Across - an organization with an audacious scheme to reshape the world into a utopian society. Despite her lack of proficiency, Excel's determination is unwavering, especially with the backup of her otherworldly ally. Simultaneously, three roommates find themselves entangled with a peculiar government entity, adding to the show's bizarre charm. Add to this mix a foreign laborer enslaved by the manifestation of the cosmos - a swirling vortex with elegant feminine appendages - and a man sporting an afro who consistently lands in inexplicably strange predicaments.
