Escape at Dannemora (2018)

The true story of a daring prison escape in 2015 is recounted in this dramatization. Joyce Mitchell is a married worker at the prison who has managed to start a sexual affair with two separate inmates. For David Sweat and Richard Matt, Mitchell offers the key to freedom — and they use her affection in an elaborate scheme to escape from Clinton Correctional Facility. Now on the run from the law in upstate New York, they'll need to rely on one another and prove their skills at improvisation if they want to stay one step ahead of the cops and find a path to freedom.
