In the heart of the countryside nestles Doldam Hospital, a humble institution now under the reins of the enigmatic Dr. Kim Sa Bu, once a famed top surgeon at a colossal city hospital. A twist of fate led him to this rural sanctuary where he transformed lives, not least of which was Chairman Shin, whose successful operation breathed new life into the hospital's prospects.
