When a deadly epidemic breaks out in Atlanta, Georgia, the city runs the risk of plunging into violent and intractable chaos. The efforts at containment lead to a portion of the city being quarantined, and those who remain inside are largely left to just fend for themselves. And while some locked within the quarantine use the lack of stability to fulfill their darkest and most selfish desires, others rise up to try and find a better way. Their stories may be lived in isolation from everyone else, but society can blossom in strange ways and in the most unexpected of places.
