Fairies and other magical creatures live alongside humans in the mystical and dark city known as Carnival Row. There a series of gruesome murders has taken place within the fairy population, and a police detective is responsible for investigating the situation. But through his investigation, rather than finding the true killer, he becomes the prime suspect. Under immense pressure, the detective must find the monstrous murderer and clear his own name.
