Plot
Laurel Healy is only working in Capitol Hill because her brother is a Senator, and it's something she's only agreed to as an opportunity to find funding for her next documentary. But she corners what might be the most important story in history when she discovers that prominent politicians from both parties are being controlled by alien bugs. Their intervention is being used to stymie American politics and drive the world on the road to destruction. But it's the kind of story that no one will believe without proof, and Laurel's circumstances ensure that she doesn't know if she can trust anyone.
