Boss (2011)

Tom Kane didn't climb to his position as mayor of Chicago by following the rules. His voters tend to look the other way if he bends the rules to get things done, and he isn't afraid to get his own beak wet on deals he makes for the city. But when he discovers that he has a degenerative brain disorder, Tom is reminded of how lonely his life is. He understands that knowledge of his condition could destroy his career forever, but he also knows he can't keep it under wraps indefinitely. He'll need to play his cards carefully if he wants to stay at the top.
