Haunted by a past she's spent a decade fleeing, Cat Hogan finds herself drawn back into the very heart of the family she tried so desperately to escape. The sudden, so-called 'accidental' death of her mother, Mary, in their West Meath home pulls Cat back from her self-imposed isolation. Yet, beneath the veneer of familial tragedy, Cat senses something unsettling. She cannot shake off the suspicion that her father, Jim, may be tangled in the web of her mother's untimely departure from life. 'Blood' is an atmospheric exploration of age-old secrets and the oldest of betrayals, a chilling tapestry of the mind games families play and the lies they weave around each other. The question that persists like a shadow, however, is whether Mary's death was truly an accident, or if the answer lies buried under the layers of deception.
