Plot

Sa Geum-ran (Ha Jae-sook), a woman of generous spirit and larger physique finds herself entwined in the web of an affluent family. She's been married to the absent Lee Kang-joon (Jung Gyu-woon), a businessman residing in the United States for seven years. The harsh reality of her married life is the cruel treatment she endures from her husband's family. Her world shatters when she discovers Kang-joon's illicit affair with the polished broadcaster, Gyo Chae-yeon (Wang Ji-hye). The pain of his betrayal and the public humiliation of a looming divorce drive her to the edge, quite literally, as an altercation with her husband results in her car plunging off a cliff. Presumed dead and mourned by the very people who tormented her, Geum-ran survives. In her desperation for retribution, she turns to Han Tae-hee (Joo Sang-wook), a man she mistakenly believes to be a renowned plastic surgeon from the show 'Change'. With some reluctance and hidden agendas of his own, Tae-hee takes on the task of transforming Geum-ran. Emerging from an intensive full-body makeover, Geum-ran blossoms into a breathtaking beauty and adopts the new alias, Sara (Han Ye-seul), though her feisty personality remains unaltered. With Tae-hee standing as her guide and ally, they plot to sabotage the forthcoming wedding of Kang-joon and Chae-yeon. However, as Sara crosses paths with Kang-joon, remnants of their shared past stir up conflicting emotions. She finds herself torn between vengeance and a lingering love for her unfaithful husband. Just as their scheme takes a new direction, Tae-hee finds himself unexpectedly falling for the newly transformed Sara.
