In the small and seemingly insignificant Republic of Los Cocos, the hapless but dedicated Lopez, known affectionately as Lopitos, is resigned to a life of processing visas at the chancellery. However, fate takes a whimsical turn when a series of rapid-fire events - the ambassador's superstition about the number 13, a strict protocol, and three military coups and a revolution, all unfolding in a single day - catapults him into the role of ambassador. Meanwhile, the world is on the brink of a crucial decision, with the Red and Green factions locked in a fierce battle for global governance. The capitalist-driven Dolaronia leads the Green faction, while the socialist Pepeslavia champions the Red cause. As nations across the globe pledge their allegiance to either side, the newly appointed civil government of Los Cocos remains the wild card. With the votes evenly split between the two factions, all eyes land on the unsuspecting shoulders of Lopitos. Diplomacy, bribery, and corruption swirl around him like a storm, as both sides vie for his decisive vote. In the grand finale, Lopitos takes the stand at the international conference, following impassioned speeches from both factions.
