In the heart of Hollywood, a scheme unfolds to bring the quintessential movie enthusiast, Joe Ruddy, into the bustling world of film production as a publicity stunt. Plucked from obscurity and thrust into the limelight, Ruddy finds himself at the helm of a production company, a comedic twist unbeknownst to all except a select few pulling the strings.
