The Dead Pool (1988)

Film director Peter Swan comes up with a gloomy game he plays with his crew. Dubbed "The Dead Pool," the game involves picking celebrities who the players presume will die before the game expires. The events take a chilling turn when the celebrities begin to die for real. San Francisco Police Inspector "Dirty Harry" Callahan finds himself assigned to the strange case. The do-it-my-way cop also learns his name appears on the list.
