Yaamirukka Bayamey (2014)

Set against the backdrop of an eerie hill resort, a cunning duo, Kiran and his partner in crime, inherit a chilling, run-down mansion, steeped in mystery and decay. With ambitious plans, they set out to transform this decrepit property into a hotel, aided by the mansion's quirky caretaker and his sister. As they begin to welcome guests, a series of inexplicable deaths occur, with each guest meeting a bizarre end. The four companions find themselves entangled in a macabre ritual, burying the unfortunate victims in the mansion's backyard. As the death toll rises, they soon realize something is hauntingly amiss about their inherited property. Encounters with the unexplainable become increasingly frequent, escalating into a deadly game. Just when they are on the brink of unraveling the mystery, a mysterious fifth character enters the fray. But is this character a friend, foe, or something far more supernatural? This seemingly haunted hotel becomes a puzzle that needs solving, and fast, before it claims any more lives.
