Friend Request (2016)

Laura Woodson attends college with her friends. She's friends with almost 1,000 people on Facebook and enjoys her digital popularity. Without warning, she receives a friend request from Marina Mills, a classmate with zero friends. The two hang out at school, but Laura notices obsessive behaviors in her new friend. Plus, Marina's Facebook page contains disturbing images and videos. Laura lies to Marina about her birthday celebration before posting pictures from the event online. This leads to them getting into a public argument where Marina is unintentionally embarrassed. She later commits suicide and strange things begin happening to Lauren and her friends.
