Winter's Tale (2014)

An artic wind and snow storm has hit New York City. Peter is a young burglar looking for shelter from the weather. He stumbles upon a house that he thinks is empty. Shortly after entering the house, he finds the daughter of the owner is home. He eventually meets the daughter and there is chemistry. However, both the daughter and the burglar have secrets they don't want the other to know.
