White Cannibal Queen (1980)

In the heart of the Brazilian jungle, near the powerful Amazon river, Dr. Taylor, his wife Elizabeth, and their teenage daughter Lana, set out to an isolated hospital. Their tranquil exploration soon takes a dark turn when they are violently ambushed by cannibals. Dr. Taylor watches in horror as his wife is ruthlessly slaughtered and his daughter is kidnapped, whisked away into the impenetrable jungle. Barely surviving the attack, a psychologically scarred Dr. Taylor manages to return to civilization. Tormented by the memories of the savage attack, he seeks psychiatric help. Only the empathetic Dr. Ana believes his harrowing tale of cannibals and agrees to accompany him on a perilous journey back into the hostile jungle. Joined by affluent thrill-seekers funding their expedition, they venture into the unknown, in search of Lana. The jungle however, is unforgiving. One by one, their party is decimated by the relentless attacks of the cannibals. After enduring a series of ordeals, only Dr. Taylor and the brave Dr. Ana, along with a lone photographer, manage to reach the cannibal tribe. To their astonishment, they discover Lana has not only survived but has been elevated to an unthinkable status - the wife of the tribe leader, revered as a white goddess. The journey that started as a rescue mission has now become a struggle for survival and acceptance. Will Dr. Taylor be able to reconcile with his daughter's new life?
