Nuria, a young woman blessed with a comfortable life, loving parents, and a devoted boyfriend, finds herself tangled in a complicated situation. Despite her present contentment, her past still clings to her - she remains legally bound to Jorge, her estranged husband. Jorge, a former CEO, now lives on the edge of ruin, shadowed by his past mistakes and his loyal yet equally unfortunate friend Lucas. Two years of separation have done little to erase Nuria from Jorge's heart, while Nuria is desperate to break the ties that bind them. Her anxiety peaks when she mistakenly believes that Jorge has made an attempt on his life, compelling her to feel accountable for his despair.
