Plot

Under the cloak of night, Allan Gray, an intrigued traveller with an insatiable curiosity for the supernatural, finds himself in the eerie hamlet of Courtempierre. Seeking solitude in a secluded riverside inn, his peace is shattered when an old man mysteriously appears, leaving behind a cryptic message about a woman's life hanging in the balance and a sealed parcel holding unknown secrets. Guided by spectral shadows and a sense of dread, Gray is led to an ancient, ominous house. There, he crosses paths with a peculiar village doctor, whose sinister dealings with a shadowy old woman and a bottle of poison, set a chill down his spine. As the night unfolds, Gray learns of the old man's fate, shot down by an unseen force, and encounters his two daughters, Gisèle and Léone. But all is not as it seems. Léone is gravely ill, marked by the unholy kiss of a vampire, while Gisèle is the doctor's unsuspecting prey. Within the sealed parcel lies an old tome, a chilling revelation about vampires, and the curse plaguing Courtempierre - a malevolent undead named Marguerite Chopin. With the stakes higher than ever, Gray, aided by an aged servant, embarks on a perilous mission to liberate the sisters and break the curse. They must navigate the haunting labyrinth of the village, penetrate the heart of a desolate cemetery, and confront the vampire in her eternal sleep. The lines between reality and nightmare blur as Gray plunges into a haunting world of shadows and blood, where the living can be as dangerous as the undead. Will he succeed in his desperate race against time to save the sisters or will the village of Courtempierre forever remain in the chilling grip of the vampyr?
