In the quaint village of Vamanapuram, a thuggish bus conductor with a heart of gold, Lever Johnny, is a paradoxical blend of brute strength and unshakable devotion to MGR, an iconic film star. He is also known as "Prathikarikkunna Kili", a name that reverberates with enigma. Gopalan Nair, the village president, sees in Johnny a chance to resolve a festering issue. Opposition parties have created a bus route problem, putting a stranglehold on the village's progress and his own ambitions. Entrusted with this task, Johnny plunges into Vamanapuram, a hamlet yearning for liberation from its predicament. But what awaits him is not just confrontations and conflicts. He stumbles upon a blossoming love when he crosses paths with Gopalan Nair's daughter, an enchanting woman shackled by the prospect of a loveless, arranged marriage.
