In the arid expanse of the Mojave Desert, a mysterious flying saucer meets its untimely demise. The wreckage unveils a cargo of alien slaves known as Tenctonese, or "Newcomers," possessing superior intellect and strength, yet bound by the will of their unseen Overseers. Stranded on Earth, these extraterrestrial beings find themselves woven into the vibrant tapestry of Los Angeles. Among them is George Francisco, an extraordinary Newcomer who breaks societal barriers to become a police detective. Paired with his human counterpart, Matthew Sikes, they pilot their way through the labyrinth of crime in the city of angels.
