In this alternate world, she encounters a flamboyant fashionista known as Glynn the Good Fairy who bestows upon her a pair of dazzling red shoes. This gift is her ticket to the grand finale concert of the Wizard - a gender-fluid rock deity dominating the city's evening skies.
However, her journey is fraught with danger, as the slain thug's vengeful brother relentlessly pursues her, threatening her safety at every turn. Dorothy finds solace and companionship in an eclectic trio: a mute surfer with a heart of gold, a seemingly heartless mechanic with hidden depths, and a hardened biker with a soft spot.
