In the gritty heart of Brooklyn, Diamond, an aspiring rap artist, is feverishly trying to claw his way out of the harsh realities of the street. His loyal friend, Gage, doubles as his manager, hustling to secure affordable studio time for Diamond's demo tape. To make ends meet, they both moonlight as couriers for the ominous "Mr. B," delivering his illicit goods. Their world spirals further into chaos when, in a single tumultuous week, Diamond's adored mother passes away unexpectedly, his estranged father resurfaces after a 12-year absence seeking a bond, and his girlfriend Kia drops the bombshell that she's expecting, prodding Diamond to assess his readiness for fatherhood. In a reckless attempt to fast-track Diamond's music career, Gage orchestrates a dangerous heist, pilfering $100,000. Unbeknownst to him, the money belongs to their feared employer, Mr. B. As the week culminates, tensions rise and stakes heighten. Mr. B wants his money back, Diamond is desperate to produce his music, and Kia seeks an answer. Amidst this whirlwind, they must navigate the treacherous terrain of their lives, where every decision could have dire consequences.
