In the shadowy dystopian Los Angeles of 2247, Jack Deth, a relentless trooper turned bounty hunter, tirelessly sweeps the city for remnants of Martin Whistler's disciples. Known for his insidious psychic powers, Whistler 'trances' the vulnerable, bending their will to his sinister desires. Once believed to be a vanquished ghost of the past, Whistler emerges alive and thriving in the year 1985.
