Three decades following the cult-classic horror-comedy, THE TOXIC AVENGER, the film's beloved hero, Melvin the "Mop Boy", played by Mark Torgl, emerges from years of hidden existence. His sudden reappearance is marked by an anticipated horror-fan Cosplay convention, where he plans to shed light on his lengthy disappearance.
