Plot

Jake Taylor seems to have it all: a stunning girlfriend, a reign as basketball and beer pong champion, and a popularity that makes him the toast of his high school. Life takes a tragic turn when an old childhood companion, whom Jake had drifted apart from, takes his own life. Plagued by guilt and a sea of what-ifs, Jake begins to question the meaning of his seemingly perfect life. A chance encounter with a wise youth minister propels Jake down a new path, guiding him to seek solace and answers in Christianity. Yet, as Jake embarks on this spiritual journey, his life spirals into chaos. He grapples with the devastating revelation of his father's infidelity, his girlfriend's unexpected pregnancy, and the scornful mockery of his erstwhile friends. In the midst of this tumult, Jake learns to redefine his understanding of faith, friendship, and love. As he navigates his way through these trials, he comes to understand the true essence of being a Christian and the profound meaning behind the phrase "to save a life". This transformational journey is a poignant exploration of the complexities of teen life, the power of faith, and the courage it takes to change.
