The Wave (2015)

Kristian Eikjord is a geologist who has been studying the fjords and mountains in Norway. It's of special interest thanks to the fact that the area is long overdue for a major tsunami. Eikjord is checking the sensors one last time before leaving for a new job when he makes a startling discovery. The broken sensors indicate the imminent arrival of an avalanche, and that avalanche appears to signify the arrival of a wave over 80 miles in height. The entirety of Greenland is at risk, and Eikjord is the first to sound an alarm for total evacuation in preparation of the wave.

The Wave is an action movie featuring Kristoffer Joner and directed by Roar Uthaug.
