Plot
On a storm-swept night, Lucas Frantz tempts his friends into an adventure, luring them to his isolated birthplace, Village de Ruiflec. The group, split between two cars, embarks on a journey down the desolate, serpentine road. At the wheel in one vehicle is the impulsive Hugo Kerimba, accompanied by Marion Valeyre, Stan and his lover, Katia Brezinsky. The other car follows, carrying Lucas, David Fontana, his girlfriend Lila Paredes, the aloof Emma Valeyre - Marion's distant sister, and the enigmatic Mathias.
In a sudden burst of bravado, Hugo accelerates, disappearing into the relentless rain, leaving the other car trailing in their wake. As the night deepens, the second group stumbles upon Hugo's car - eerily abandoned, doors ajar, with its occupants vanished. With an air of dread, they venture into Ruiflec, seeking refuge and a way to contact their missing friends.
The once familiar village, however, unravels into a nightmarish labyrinth as they discover they're ensnared in Ruiflec's chilling grip. An unseen malevolent force prowls the shadows, barring their escape, turning the village into a sinister cage. Will they ever break free, or will the Village of Shadows consume them?
