Planet Terror (2007)

A small Texas town lives in the shadow of a government installation, and that makes them the victims of first exposure when a powerful bio-weapon is accidentally unleashed. Soon, much of the town is overcome by a fearsome gas that can transform those who come in contact with it into horrific zombies. A rag tag group of survivors barricades themselves away for safety, but the increasingly evident scope of the issue makes it apparent they'll have to flee sooner rather than later. But it's quite possible that the mysterious military units who were charged with containing the threat pose a bigger threat than the undead.
