The Victim (2011)

After witnessing the brutal rape and murder of a close friend, Annie goes on the run as the two attackers try to hunt her down. Eventually, she finds Kyle, an outcast living in the woods. Though both are on the run for different reasons, they must come together to defeat the danger that knocked upon each of their doors.
