The Vast of Night (2019)

Teenage friends Everett and Fay are an aspiring disc jockey and a switchboard operator in 1950s New Mexico. One night, strange signals begin to come into the radio station and the switchboard followed by phone calls from people reporting strange phenomena. Then Everett hears from a veteran who has stories to tell about a secret military project, a conspiracy and possible alien contact. When a woman phones Fay's switchboard and offers them more information, Everett and Fay take her up on her offer and find that the truth is stranger and vaster than they imagined.
