Doug Roberts, a master architect, returns from a lengthy hiatus to find his towering skyscraper nearing completion. As he steps into the glitz and glamour of the inaugural party that night, his concern grows; the building's wiring specifications, his meticulous blueprint for safety, have been dangerously ignored.
