In the icy desolation of the Arctic, renowned ecologist Dr. David Krupien undertakes a riveting study on global warming's effects on polar bears. Alongside his dedicated assistants Jane and Edward, Krupien's work takes a chilling turn as they unearth a deadly prehistoric parasite from a frozen mammoth. Alarmed, Krupien seeks to protect his daughter Evelyn and her fellow students Federico Fulce, Ling Chen, and Atom Galen, who were invited to join the expedition, from the impending danger.
