Zombie Ass: Toilet of the Dead (2012)

Haunted by the suicide of her tormented sister, Megumi, a young karate enthusiast, joins four older companions on an adventurous expedition into the depth of the woods. The motley crew includes the intelligent Aya, her substance-abusing boyfriend Také, the voluptuous model Maki, and the geeky Naoi. The trip takes a grotesque turn when Maki, in her quest for a slim figure, consumes a parasitic worm discovered inside a fish. As a result, she endures a dire stomach upset, culminating in a ghastly episode at the outhouse. Emerging from the same outhouse that Maki used, a horde of excrement-drenched undead assail the group, their bodies repulsively transformed by the parasitic worm that had laid its eggs within Maki. In desperation, they find shelter in the bizarre home of Dr. Tanaka, a man with a strange fascination for the undead and parasites. However, his intentions for the five unsuspecting strangers are far from hospitable. As the situation spirals out of control, Megumi's karate skills are put to the test. Yet, it could be the most unusual weapon, the explosive power of flatulence, that may hold the key to their survival. Will Megumi and her friends overcome the zombified horrors and the twisted schemes of their captor, or will they succumb to their grisly fate in this toilet of the dead?
