In the bustling halls of financially-struggling Medfield University, Dean Higgins stands teetering on the precipice of resignation, tasked by the Board of Regents to save the institution from closure. In a desperate bid to buy time, Higgins spins a tale of a lucrative fundraising campaign that centres around the eccentric science professor, Quigley. Quigley's latest experiment, a novel food supplement designed to supercharge human strength, becomes their beacon of hope. However, during an explosive argument between Higgins and Quigley, chaos ensues, and a series of laboratory mishaps results in Dexter Riley's experimental formula being inadvertently mixed into Quigley's vitamin-infused cereal. This unanticipated blend is then consumed by a cow which soon starts producing milk at an astonishing rate. When Dexter decides to sample the cereal himself, he discovers he's been imbued with extraordinary strength. The cereal company's owner, eager to outmanoeuvre her rival, agrees to back Medfield University, setting the stage for a thrilling weight-lifting competition with her competitor backing the rival State University. However, unbeknownst to them, her competitor has a mole within their ranks who quickly informs him about their secret plan. To gain the upper hand, the competitor dispatches his mole to steal the formula, enlisting the aid of the Medfield gang's old nemesis, A.J. Arno. As the plot thickens, the race is on to protect the formula, save the university, and uncover the true source of this superhuman strength.
