Plot

In the gritty underbelly of "Ánglio," on the eastern edge of Los Angeles, Rikki Ortega finds himself embroiled in a high-stakes game of power and deception. He's not just climbing the ranks to secure his claim as the street king; he's orchestrating a dangerous double-cross against his own blood. His path to the throne is obstructed by elder siblings and a brother-in-law, who are all absorbed in their war against the Rojas, a formidable local gang controlling the meth trade for shadowy overlords in Cabo San Lucas. But Rikki has his own game. He's not only pulling the strings of his family's fratricidal conflict but also planning to pocket a hefty sum from a stolen stash of one hundred kilos of crystal meth, a daring theft from the Rojas and their Mexican bosses. His audacity doesn't end there; he's entangled in a sultry game of seduction with a victim's girlfriend and is cunningly dodging an old friend turned cop, who's hot on his trail. With silver and lead as his metaphoric pawns, Rikki Ortega is playing a deadly game. But will he manage to claim the silver without being consumed by the lead-filled world he's navigating? The Street King is a riveting exploration of ambition, deceit, and survival in a world where loyalties are as volatile as the meth that fuels it.
