The Sisters Plotz (2015)

The Sisters Plotz takes us on an eccentric, musical adventure through the vibrant lives of three quirky heiresses: Celestia, a Dada poetess; Ladybug, a frenzied inventor; and Whimsellica, a dreamer and painter. Residing in the heart of New York City with their beloved butler, Reginald, these sisters encounter a whirlwind of comedic chaos. Their tranquil existence is disrupted by a prying gossip columnist, a determined councilwoman with visions of transforming their home into a carousel, and a duplicitous duo of maids plotting to abscond with their wealth and gamble it away at the races. This film is a whimsical tribute to classic Hollywood, refracted through the prism of contemporary indie camp. Picture Grey Gardens as if John Waters took the director's chair, with a dash of Busby Berkeley's choreographic flair.
