The Florida Project (2017)

Six-year-old Moonee lives with her mother Halley in a brightly painted Florida motel populated by a ragtag collection of poor families, drug addicts and other misfits. Moonee spends the summer days playing with the motel's other children and dreaming of going to Disneyland, which is right down the road. Bobby, the hotel's manager, tries to help Halley and his other tenants stay out of trouble, but he has his hands full. As the summer ends, Halley's problems with drugs and the law threaten to destroy the stability of Moonee's life in the motel.

The Florida Project is a drama movie featuring Willem Dafoe and directed by Sean Baker.
