Plot

In the chilling aftermath of a near-fatal hit-and-run, a young girl named Young-shin falls into a coma, her spirit trapped in an ominous silence. But it's not the clutches of death that hold her captive. Father Kim, a seasoned priest, discerns a sinister presence, an ancient evil form that has ensnared Young-shin's soul. Desperate to liberate her, he enlists the aid of a renegade seminarian, Deacon Choi, to carry out an arduous exorcism. With a potent mix of experience and rebellion, Father Kim and Choi embark on a journey into the spiritual unknown, straddling the thin line between faith and fear. The duo grapples with the unspoken horrors of possession, their resolve tested by inexplicable occurrences that blur the boundaries of the natural and supernatural. Their mission isn't merely to exorcise a demon, but to unravel a mystery: is Young-shin truly possessed by an otherworldly entity, or is she the victim of a cruel, human force? Or could it be a terrifying blend of both? As they plunge deeper into their spiritual investigation, they must confront their darkest doubts and fears to save Young-shin's life. Can they disentangle her from the suffocating grasp of the nameless demon? In a world where evil wears many faces, their faith is their only weapon. The battle for Young-shin's soul is a chilling testament to the unseen war between good and evil that rages in the shadows.
