In 'The Perfect Summer', Jake (Adam Horner) is a fatherless young man content with life in bustling Chicago, until his mother (Sydney Penny) whisks them away to a quaint, surf-obsessed town, the home of her distant father (Eric Roberts), Jake's enigmatic grandfather.
