Plot

In the once vibrant city of Paris, Sam finds himself venturing into his ex-girlfriend's apartment, seeking to reclaim his long-lost tapes. Amidst the pulsating echo of a party in full swing, he's directed to a secluded room, a treasure chest of forgotten memories. Overwhelmed, Sam drifts into sleep on an unassuming couch, oblivious to the nightmarish dawn that awaits him. As morning pierces through the apartment, Sam wakes to a chilling sight - the once lively party scene is now a grotesque tableau of blood and chaos. The reality sinks in; the city has been devoured by a merciless plague, transforming its inhabitants into the living dead. Fear lurks on the streets of Paris, an uninvited guest, and Sam finds himself barricading inside the apartment, his newfound fortress against this undead invasion. Armed with dwindling supplies scavenged from the building, Sam's days morph into a solitary battle for survival, each passing hour a testament to his resilience. The empty echo of the once bustling city is only interrupted by the haunting moans of the undead, a horrifying lullaby that reminds him of his loneliness. Just when Sam's sanity begins to teeter on the edge, he crosses paths with Sarah, a beacon of hope in this desolate world. But as their lives intertwine, a haunting question arises - is Sam truly the last man standing or is he slowly being consumed by the insanity of his isolation? The Night Eats the World is a riveting journey into the depths of survival, loneliness, and the fragile human psyche set against the backdrop of a zombie-ridden Paris.
