In the bustling world of Gravis Mushnick's flower shop, klutzy assistant Seymour Krelborn struggles to find his footing. On the brink of losing his job after botching a client's order, Seymour introduces an unexpected salvation - a peculiar hybrid plant he's christened "Audrey Jr." after his co-worker and secret crush, Audrey Fulquard. Intrigued, Mushnick grants Seymour a reprieve, and the arrival of Audrey Jr. breathes new life into the shop, stirring curiosity among customers and escalating the establishment's popularity. However, the initial euphoria wanes as Audrey Jr. falls ill, and Seymour stumbles upon a chilling truth - the plant thrives on human blood.
