In the desolate remnants of a century-old Alabama slaughterhouse, lives a solitary figure named Miller. His mind is a labyrinth of shattered memories and his sanity, a fragile thread, barely holding him tethered to reality. The only semblance of companionship he has is the spectral presence of his deceased lover, Gale, whose untimely demise still haunts him a decade after. Into this somber tableau steps Ruth, the desperate offspring of Gale, in search of hidden truths about her mother's mysterious death. As she spends three nights under the same roof with Miller, a strange alliance forms between them. Together, they embark on a chilling journey to reassemble the fragments of Miller's fractured psyche. As they delve deeper into the recesses of his memory, they unearth more than they bargained for. The past unfurls, revealing horrifying secrets that were better left buried.
