Plot

In the gritty oil town of Sharperville, nestled precariously on the United States-Mexico border, Willis Newcomb and Bart Carroll run a sinister operation. They're smuggling criminals, wanted in America, across the border from Mexico, their human cargo concealed in oil drums loaded on unassuming trucks. However, this isn't a humanitarian enterprise. Once the criminals have paid their dues, Carroll heartlessly sends them to their doom, crashing the drums off a cliff into the unforgiving boulders below. When Border Patrolman Tom Sharper intercepts one of these trucks, he's overpowered and left for dead. The ruthless crooks, not content with abandoning him, return to find him suffering from amnesia. Seizing the opportunity, they frame him for a bank robbery, leaving his reputation in tatters. Meanwhile, Judge Cookie Bullfincher and Border Patrolman Roy Rogers embark on a desperate search for the missing Tom. With their comrade's life hanging in the balance and a trail of criminal activities to unravel, they're drawn into the dark underbelly of Sharperville. As they close in on the truth, they discover Newcomb's twisted communication network, operated via carrier pigeons, and the horrifying fate of the smuggled criminals. Roy Rogers, suspecting Newcomb, intercepts the next pigeon and prepares for a showdown as the next shipment arrives. But Newcomb, always one step ahead, captures Roy and his men, setting them up to be the next victims of his merciless operation. It's a race against time for Roy to not only clear his friend's name but also to dismantle Carroll's heinous human-smuggling racket.
