The Descent: Part 2 (2009)

The last thing Sarah Carter ever wanted was to return to the caves where she spent the worst hours of her life. She and her friends ended up trapped in underwater caves with deadly and unspeakable monsters, and she was the only survivor. But when the authorities refuse to believe her story and believe her to be a killer, she's forced to return to the caves with them to investigate. A scuffle leads to a bullet fired, and the local cops and Sarah end up finding themselves trapped underground with the hungry and relentless creatures that only Sarah has lived to tell about.
