Plot

Born from the enchanting Disneyland attraction, the Country Bear Jamboree, comes a heartwarming live-action Disney film steeped in the rhythm of rock and roll, The Country Bears. In a world where humans and talking bears harmoniously coexist, we meet Beary Barrinson, a young bear cub raised by a loving human family. This isn't the typical tale of a bear cub, though. Beary, yearning to understand his true origins, embarks on a soul-searching journey to Tennessee, the heartland of his species. In his quest, Beary stumbles upon the long-disbanded Country Bears, a legendary band reminiscent of iconic groups like the Eagles. Once a powerhouse of musical talent, they've now become a parody of their former selves. Beary, feeling a deep connection with their music and their history, takes it upon himself to bring them back together for one last show, a benefit performance aimed at saving the iconic Country Bear concert hall from extinction. The Country Bears is a satirical nod to the "Behind the Music" stories of rock and roll bands, elegantly interwoven with the heartfelt journey of a bear cub seeking his true roots. Beary's adventure serves as the pulsating beat that drives the Country Bears towards their reunion, exploring themes of identity, family, and the unifying power of music.
