As the Yuletide season approaches, Hailee Anderson, the charismatic host of the popular New York City morning program, Sunrise Brew, finds herself embroiled in personal turmoil. Emotionally distraught, she embarks on a spontaneous escape, landing her in the cozy small town of Carver Bend, Connecticut, where a car accident and subsequent driving infractions bind her to community service, threatening her professional commitments back in the city.
