In the turbulent era of China's Warring States, Jinbao, a benevolent soldier, finds himself catapulted into the mystical dimension of Merryland after a perilous escape from an ambush sends him plummeting into an abyss. The legends of this peaceful kingdom, once narrated to him by his grandfather, suddenly become his reality. However, Jinbao's arrival in Merryland is accompanied by a jarring transformation - he is now a panda. His first encounter in this parallel universe is with Pig Skywalker, a flying farm animal, who confuses Jinbao for the legendary Panda Warrior, the saviour of Merryland in days of yore. As Jinbao unravels the threads of his new existence, he discovers a grim reality. The once serene kingdom is now under the iron-fisted reign of Evil Master, a formidable nine-headed snake with the power to control the minds of the kingdom's inhabitants. The cruel dictator has also captured the radiant Dragon Princess, further tightening his grip on Merryland. Determined to liberate the kingdom and rescue the princess, Jinbao forms an alliance with Skywalker's warrior companions. Among them are a fierce praying mantis, a nunchaku-wielding dog, and a chicken with a deadly metal beak. Yet, before he can mount his battle against the Evil Master, Jinbao must undertake the rigorous training under King Lion to become the most fearsome warrior of Merryland. In this enchanting realm, Jinbao not only strives to be the bravest panda but also must find the courage within himself to face his destiny. Follow Jinbao's thrilling journey as he transforms from a peace-loving soldier into the legendary Panda Warrior, fighting against tyranny and restoring harmony to Merryland.
