Ice Age: The Meltdown (2006)

Three animals discover that the ice age that allows them to live their lives is coming to an end. If they are going to survive it, they will have to make their way to higher ground. The sloth and the saber-tooth tiger don't mind the warmer weather, but the woolly mammoth is having a hard time. He would like to start a family, but his travels make him think that he is probably the only one of his kind left on the planet. At the same time, their journey to higher ground keeps getting more and more dangerous.
